This place is a joke I paid 15 grand to have my house rewired they pulled the permits with the city of Abilene and was suppose to get the job completed but they left aged wire in the back of my house and tied wire in with wire nutts in my wall of course I didn’t see until I currently remodeled the back of my house and had to hire another electrician to get the job done. Stay away from this place if they can short cut a job they will. Currently in contact with the BBB and lawyers.

Andy came by today to help with a light fixture that hasn’t worked in a year and after about 5 minutes of being here he fixed it! Absolutely thankful to the customer service over the phone for being so nice and helpful and getting someone to my house with in an hour of calling for help and thankful to Andy for being so great and helpful! Will definitely be using them the next time we have any electrical issues and will 1000% be recommending them!

Having never had a shop built for me before, Hooked Up did an amazing job of listening, and making recommendations based on my end goals. Hooked Up Electric did a total rewire on my 106-year-old home! The wiring in it was ancient and they had their work cut out for them for sure!! Justin and Dylan were the two that came and did the work, they were awesome! They were very respectful, very polite young men who worked very hard to make sure everything was being done correctly and at the end of their day they made sure we still had power to the areas we needed since we were staying in the home while this was being done. I can't say enough good things about Hooked Up Electric, Josh and his team! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing any type of electrical work done!

My friend paid 15 grand for a complete rewire and they left the back of his house with old wires and tied in the new wire to the old wire & wire nuts! They said they'd come back and fix it & never did! He had to sell the truck that was passed down in his family that he was going to gift to his son to get this done only for them to do this! The tie in they did is completely illegal & a fire hazard! Do not recommend this place at all! They will do a dangerous half way job & then refuse to fix their mess up. This could cause a fire! I hope they see this review & fix it before he goes to talk to his attorney on Monday! Smh!

Edit for the owner. As stated you did the work for my friend, not me. You can look up Jeffrey Jolly. Yall already said yall would come fix it last week & never did so I hope your asking with the intentions of fixing it this time.
